There comes a point on the path where we realise that everything we have been searching for has always existed within us.
Presence Therapy is an invitation to stop seeking outside of yourself and spend time resting in your own presence.
An invitation into deep rest and stillness.
Into a space where your nervous system can regulate, your mind can become still and your body can remember what it feels like to just be.
We begin with conscious breathing and heart coherence before being gently guided into meditation, allowing the body and mind to soften and settle.
At the heart of the experience is 30 minutes of held silence.
This is not simply sitting quietly. It is an intentional space where I enter a deeply coherent state of presence and hold that space for the group. There is nothing to achieve, nowhere to get to and nothing to fix. You are invited to simply rest in that presence and allow your own system to soften in its own way.
In that stillness, many people experience a profound sense of peace, spaciousness and inner connection. As the nervous system settles, clarity, creativity, intuition and insight can naturally begin to emerge.
The session concludes with silent integration over tea in the garden, with time to journal, reflect or simply continue resting before gently returning to everyday life.
In a world that constantly draws our attention outwards, Presence Therapy offers an opportunity to turn gently inwards and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that has always been there.
Please bring a journal and pen if you would like to capture anything that arises during the experience.
