Our lives are full of overstimulation. We are pulled in many directions through work, family life, responsibilities and constant input. There is very little space to stop.
Over time, we lose connection with ourselves and what lies beneath all the noise.
This retreat is an invitation to step away and give yourself something that is often missing. Silence and space. The opportunity to stop doing.
As the body begins to slow, the nervous system can start to reset. The mind becomes quieter and it becomes easier to notice what is there without distraction.
There is nothing you need to add. We are already saturated with information.
This is about turning inward.
From that place, your own clarity, insight and understanding can begin to rise in a way that feels natural rather than forced.
Silence is not something you will be asked to force.
We begin the weekend together with a guided presence session, allowing your body to settle and your nervous system to more gently ease into the silence. This creates the foundation for the rest of the weekend, so that silence can be experienced as something supportive rather than something you have to manage.

From there, silence is held throughout the retreat in a supportive, welcoming environment.
You are not left to navigate it alone, but equally, there is no pressure placed on you to have a particular experience.
Piper House is a luxurious, light-filled conversion of an ancient stone barn and granary located near Stamford. It is set within four acres of private land in the Lincolnshire countryside, offering a quiet and secluded space away from everyday life.
There is a lake, open gardens and space to walk freely in nature. A fire pit area provides a place to sit outdoors and the surrounding land invites a slower, more grounded pace.
The yoga and meditation studio opens out onto a large balcony overlooking the grounds, creating a calm and spacious environment for practice.
The house itself is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, allowing you to feel at ease throughout your stay.
This weekend follows a gentle and spacious rhythm, allowing you to settle without pressure or expectation.
On arrival, we come together for a guided presence session to support your transition into stillness. From this point, silence begins and is held for the remainder of the retreat.
Each morning includes a period of silent group sitting, offering a shared space to rest in stillness.
There will be gentle silent yoga sessions to support the body in releasing tension and settling more deeply.
Time is left open for you to walk, rest, sit or simply be. The land and surrounding nature become part of the experience, naturally supporting the inward movement.
Meals are taken in silence, allowing you to slow down and become more aware of your body and the experience of eating.
All food is organic and plant-based, prepared to nourish the body in a way that feels light, grounding and supportive over the course of the weekend.
For those who would like additional support, there is the option to book a one-to-one treatment such as Holistic Massage or Energy Healing. These are offered in silence and must be booked in advance.
Everything is taken care of for you across the weekend.
From the moment you arrive, there is nothing you need to organise, plan, or think about. Your only role is to be here.
