I offer Reiki and Seichem as gentle yet powerful hands-on energy healing therapies that support deep relaxation, emotional release and nervous system regulation.
Reiki originates from Japan and works with universal life force energy to support balance and healing within the body. It is grounding and steady, helping the system settle and return to a state of safety.
Seichem is a more expansive form of energy healing with roots in ancient Egypt. It works with the elemental healing rays of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. Reiki forms the foundation through which these elemental energies flow. Seichem is often experienced as deeper and more transformative, particularly when working with long-held emotional or mental patterns.
Sessions involve hands-on and non-invasive energy work, allowing the body and mind to release what they are ready to let go of. Many people experience a profound sense of calm, clarity, and reconnection after a session.
I also offer crystal healing, using carefully selected crystals alongside Reiki and Seichem to support and enhance the healing process.
These sessions are offered from my home practice in Carlby, Stamford. A 1 hour session is £60.
