About

In 2020, I experienced a profound personal shift that changed the direction of my life. What began as a deeper exploration of healing and emotional wellbeing gradually evolved into a journey of presence, consciousness and inner transformation.

Alongside my training in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, stress management and resilience building, I became deeply interested in the connection between the mind, body, nervous system and emotional health. Through meditation, hypnotherapy, energy work and years of inner exploration, I began exploring what it truly means to live more presently and consciously in a world that constantly pulls us away from ourselves.

Over time, these practices opened me to deeper states of presence, awareness and inner coherence, profoundly changing the way I experience life.

This journey eventually became the foundation of Exist Better and the development of Presence Therapy, a gentler, integrative approach centred around slowing down, reconnecting to ourselves and creating lasting inner change from a calmer, more regulated state.

Today, my work blends hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, meditation, presence work and transformational inner practices to help people move beyond survival mode and reconnect with greater peace, clarity and authenticity.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I also host silent retreats, guided meditations and conscious conversations exploring emotional wellbeing, presence and modern life.

My intention is not simply to help people cope better, but to help them reconnect with who they truly are beneath the noise, pressure and conditioning of everyday life.

Common Questions About Hypnotherapy

What is hypnotherapy and how does it work?

Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed state of body and mind to help you access the subconscious more easily. In this state, your mind is more open to positive suggestions, new perspectives, and behavioural change. It is an evidence-based approach that blends hypnosis with cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and other proven techniques to create lasting results.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No, you are always in control. Hypnosis is simply a calm, focused state of relaxation, very similar to meditation or daydreaming. You can come out of it at any time, although most people find it so pleasant that they prefer to remain in that state until the session naturally ends.

Does online hypnotherapy work as well as in person?

Yes. Online hypnotherapy works exactly the same as in-person sessions. Nothing is lost when working over Zoom, you still experience the same level of guidance, relaxation and transformation, all from the comfort of your own home. Many clients actually find it easier to relax in familiar surroundings.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your goals and the issues you would like to work on. Some people notice significant changes after just one or two sessions, while others benefit from a longer process. I always create a tailored plan with you, so you know what to expect and feel supported throughout.

What kinds of issues can hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can be effective for stress, anxiety, phobias, habits (such as smoking or vaping), sleep problems, IBS, confidence, motivation, performance anxiety, and more. My approach also integrates mindfulness and breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system and build long-term resilience.
