Presence Therapy

  • Coaching session

Presence Therapy is a breath-led coherence practice rooted in stillness and nervous system regulation. Sessions involve guided breath, prolonged silence, and attuned presence.

Over time, the body remembers safety, clarity, and inner alignment. This is not talk therapy. It is a return to embodied regulation.

Presence Therapy is for those whose nervous systems are holding more than they can resolve through thinking or talking alone.

It supports individuals living with persistent anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional dysregulation, especially when the body feels constantly “on,” overstimulated, or unable to settle into rest.

It is suited to those experiencing prolonged stress, burnout, or nervous system fatigue, where traditional approaches feel effortful or re-triggering rather than calming.

It can be supportive for those who struggle to sleep, switch off, or fully relax, including light or disrupted sleep patterns driven by nervous system hyperarousal.

It also serves people who feel disconnected from themselves, numb, fragmented, or not fully present, often following life transitions, prolonged pressure, or inner change.

For those navigating periods of identity shift, grief, career change, or deep personal questioning,

Presence Therapy offers a stabilising space without analysis or problem-solving.

Finally, it resonates with individuals who already practise meditation, breathwork, or stillness and sense that deeper regulation, coherence, or embodiment is possible beyond technique alone.

What happens in a session

Each session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes and unfolds in three clear phases.

1. Arrival and orientation
The session begins with a brief conversation to clarify what is currently present for you and what you would like support with. This is not an in-depth talk therapy process, but a way to orient the work and ensure the session is attuned to your nervous system and capacity on the day.

2. Guided breath and deep relaxation
You are gently guided through breath-based practices that allow the body to settle and soften. This leads into a deeply relaxed, receptive state similar to hypnosis, where the nervous system can safely downshift out of survival mode. You may rest in a calm internal environment, such as a natural or peaceful setting, while the body enters a state of regulation and coherence.

3. Attuned stillness and nervous system regulation
Once this state is established, the session moves into sustained stillness. During this time, the nervous system is supported to recalibrate through attuned presence and non-verbal co-regulation. There is no analysis, effort, or performance required from you. The body is allowed to remember safety, rhythm, and coherence at its own pace. Over a series of sessions, many people find they are increasingly able to access this regulated state independently in daily life.

Session structure and pricing

Presence Therapy is offered as a 1:1 practice designed to unfold over a small number of sessions. It is not intended as a one-off experience, but as a contained process that supports lasting nervous system regulation.

• Single session: £175

• Three-session package: £465

• Five-session package: £750

Most people experience meaningful and lasting nervous system regulation over three to five sessions, with each session building on the last.

This work is intentionally limited in availability to ensure quality, presence, and sustainability. Sessions are online.
