Hello, I'm Aishling and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist providing the help and the tools you need to reach your goals. I studied at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in Harley Street, London and I am passionate about continuing my professional development and constantly learning new ideas and strategies that will benefit my clients.  I specialise in helping people overcome their issues and leave with a newfound confidence and belief in themselves. I equip my clients with lifelong tools and strategies to become the best version of themselves.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is an evidence based therapy which integrates hypnosis,

cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness. Meditation and applied philosophy are woven

through this highly tailored treatment programme. Through talking therapy we identify unhelpful

thoughts, feelings, actions and beliefs then create goals collaboratively to address them and use

hypnosis to embed new positive cognitions. This therapy will change the way you think and behave.

I offer every client a bespoke service tailored to their specific needs.  It is a collaborative approach where we will work together to agree a plan and goal.

What to expect from Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful relaxed state which can be compared to a deep meditative state or a day dream. While in this pleasant relaxed state you become more open to positive suggestions and are more likely to accept and put them into action. You are not in a trance state as suggested in stage hypnosis and are fully in control.
