A quieter way to heal, regulate and come home to yourself
Exist Better is a space for people who want to feel calmer, clearer and more settled within themselves.
My work supports nervous system regulation through a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Presence Therapy and silent retreats. Rather than pushing for change or optimisation, the focus is on creating the conditions for the body and mind to soften, reorganise and return to balance in their own time.
This work is gentle, grounded and deeply human.
Many people arrive here feeling anxious, emotionally dysregulated or disconnected from themselves, even when life looks outwardly functional. There may be a sense of having tried many things, understood a lot, and still feeling caught in familiar patterns that keep the nervous system on edge.
My approach is not about fixing or forcing. It is about supporting safety, rest and regulation so that change can emerge naturally rather than through effort.
I work in two main ways.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a more engaged and directive form of therapy that supports people to understand and gently rewire patterns held in the subconscious mind.
This work combines cognitive and behavioural understanding with hypnosis to support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety and stress, and create new ways of responding to thoughts, emotions and situations. Alongside insight, there is a strong emphasis on helping the body experience relaxation and safety again.
For many people, this becomes a turning point where change feels embodied rather than intellectual, and new ways of living and being begin to feel possible.
Presence Therapy is a quieter, less directive way of working that supports nervous system regulation through deep relaxation, coherence and stillness.
Sessions begin with gentle guided relaxation to help the nervous system feel safe enough to let go, followed by extended periods of silence where regulation is supported through presence rather than technique. There is very little talking and nothing to perform.
This work is for those who feel drawn to slowing down and listening inwardly, and who sense that rest and regulation are part of what they need now. Many people experience a deep sense of settling, clarity and coming home to themselves.
Silent retreats offer a deeper immersion into stillness, rest and reconnection.
These retreats are not about withdrawal or discipline, but about allowing the nervous system to soften in an environment that feels held and unhurried. Time is spent in silence, supported by gentle structure, nature and simple reflective practices.
Silence creates space for integration, clarity and insight to arise naturally, without pressure to analyse or change anything.
Friday 21st March | 10am–4pm
This one-day silent retreat marks the Spring Equinox, a natural moment of balance and transition.
The day will begin with Presence Therapy to support the nervous system to settle and arrive fully. From there, the retreat unfolds in silence and includes a meditative walk in nature, time for journalling and quiet reflection, and a nourishing vegan lunch provided by The Blonde Beet.
This is a gentle invitation to pause, reset and reconnect as the seasons begin to shift.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I host Exist Better: Conscious Conversations, a podcast exploring healing, wellbeing and conscious living through thoughtful, grounded dialogue.
The podcast creates space for deeper conversations around presence, nervous system regulation, embodiment and lifestyle, without offering quick fixes or answers.
Available on all major platforms.
Season two begins in March.
This work tends to resonate with people who are ready to slow down, who value depth without intensity, and who want change that feels grounded and sustainable.
If you are looking for fast solutions, performance-based approaches or constant stimulation, this may not be the right space for you.
If you are ready to rest, regulate and listen more deeply to yourself, you are very welcome here.
