Often, beneath anxiety, stress, overthinking or emotional struggle, there is a nervous system that has forgotten what it feels like to truly slow down, feel safe and simply be.

My work is centred around helping people reconnect with themselves through hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, presence-based practices and transformational inner work.

These sessions are about creating the space, awareness and inner safety needed for lasting change to unfold naturally and gently.

HOW WE WORK

Every session is tailored to you and your individual experience.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, meditation, subconscious transformation and presence-based approaches, I work intuitively and practically to support meaningful and lasting inner change.

My approach combines grounded therapeutic tools with deeper awareness and emotional connection, helping you move beyond survival mode and into a calmer, more coherent way of living.

WAYS OF WORKING

I offer two different pathways of support depending on your needs and what feels most aligned for you.

ONE-TO-ONE TRANSFORMATIONAL SESSIONS

These sessions blend Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation and subconscious transformation to support emotional healing, behavioural change and deeper self-connection.

This work may support anxiety, overwhelm, confidence, stress, emotional healing, burnout, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation and reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.

Sessions are available online and in person at Broad Street Practice in Stamford.

PRESENCE SESSIONS

A gentler, more experiential approach focused on nervous system regulation, heart coherence, stillness and reconnecting with yourself through guided presence practices.

These sessions are designed for those who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or constantly caught in the pace and stimulation of modern life.

Through guided presence practices, breath, awareness, coherence work and deep rest, these sessions create the conditions for the body and mind to soften and settle naturally.

As the nervous system begins to regulate and move into greater coherence, there is often a natural shift towards increased calm, clarity, emotional connection and inner stillness.

One-to-one Presence Sessions are held privately from my home practice, with small group sessions also available at Peace Heal Love Wellbeing Centre in Langtoft, Peterborough.

This work is gentle, restorative and deeply experiential. There is nothing you need to force or achieve.

Private Presence Sessions are held from my home practice in a calm and supportive environment designed for this deeper work.
