A longer first session that allows us to understand what is driving your experience and begin shifting it straight away.
This includes hypnotherapy and personalised audio support to use between sessions.
A focused block designed to reduce anxiety, ease stress and build a stronger sense of confidence.
Suitable if things feel persistent but manageable, and you want to feel more in control again.
For longer standing patterns or when things feel more deeply rooted.
This allows us to work more thoroughly at a subconscious and nervous system level to create lasting change.
Most people need between 3 and 6 sessions, depending on what they are experiencing.
We keep the work focused and tailored to you.
