ExistBetter provides hypnotherapy sessions, courses, workshops, and digital resources for personal development and wellbeing. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are under medical care or have concerns about your health, please consult a qualified medical professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to book sessions, unless attending with parental or guardian consent.
Payment for sessions or courses must be made in advance at the time of booking.
For digital products or online courses, access is granted immediately after payment. Because of this, these products are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at our discretion.
Packages and prepaid sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.
All materials, recordings, resources, and content provided by ExistBetter remain our copyright. They may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
We provide all services in good faith, but results may vary for each individual. ExistBetter is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
