This one-day silent retreat held at the beautiful Peace Heal Love Wellbeing Centre in Langtoft, Peterborough.
The day will begin with a guided field coherence session, supporting the nervous system to settle and arrive fully. If you would like to know more about this please read about my Presence Therapy work. From there, the retreat unfolds in silence, allowing space for rest, reflection and gentle reconnection while completely surrounded by nature.

They are designed as a chance to step out of effort and into restoration, with gentle structure and plenty of room to simply be.
Over the weekend you can expect guided relaxation, presence and coherence based sessions, time in silence, nature, nourishing vegan food and optional treatments such as massage and other supportive therapies. Accommodation will be in peaceful, calming rooms that support sleep, softness and integration.
