Silent Retreats

Yes. Here is a calm, spacious retreat page description that matches your tone and doesn’t oversell. It’s written so the right people will feel it immediately.

You can use this as your main Silent Retreat page, with the day retreat included naturally within it.

Silent Retreats

My silent retreats offer a gentle invitation to step out of noise, pace and expectation, and into stillness, presence and deep rest.

These retreats are not about discipline or withdrawal, but about allowing the nervous system to soften and settle in an environment that feels safe, held and unhurried. Silence creates the conditions for regulation, clarity and reconnection, without the need to analyse or push for insight.

Time is spent in quiet presence, supported by gentle structure, nature and simple practices that encourage listening inwardly. There is space to rest, reflect and be, without pressure to engage or perform.

Spring Equinox Day Retreat

Friday 21st March | 10am–4pm

This one-day silent retreat marks the Spring Equinox, a natural point of balance and transition, as light begins to return and energy slowly turns outward again.

The day will begin with a guided Presence Therapy session, supporting the nervous system to settle and arrive fully. From there, the retreat unfolds in silence, allowing space for rest, reflection and gentle reconnection.

The day includes:

  • Presence Therapy and guided deep relaxation

  • Sustained silence and stillness

  • A meditative walk in nature

  • Time for journalling and quiet reflection

  • Nourishing vegan lunch provided by The Blonde Beet

Everything is offered gently. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to fix.

This retreat is for those who feel drawn to quiet, who are seeking a pause from constant stimulation, and who sense that slowing down is part of what they need right now.

Cost: £85 per person
Places are limited to keep the space intimate and held.
